Local Property Agents – Head Office, Worcester – Basic salary plus uncapped commission package.

Due to continued success, EstatesDirect.com are looking to expand their team and seek to employ dynamic, ambitious individuals to their Sales office in Worcester. This role offers excellent on target earnings alongside the opportunity for an exceptional career path and real progression prospects.

You will need to have a proven track record in sales, be motivated and target driven, excel in customer service, be a good team player, thrive under pressure and have a positive hard working outlook. Experience in estate agency is preferred but a strong sales background (preferably telesales) will be considered.

The successful candidate will be confident making outbound sales calls to our client base, advising on additional products and services and taking payments via our merchant system. Candidates will be targeted on a range of performance targets.

Sales Progressor – Head Office, Worcester – £16,000

Due to continued growth EstatesDirect.com now wish to appoint a specialist Sales Progressor to join their expanding central Sales Office in Worcester.

The role is focused on delivering exceptional after sales service to clients, maintaining frequent and regular contact with vendors, buyers and all parties involved in transactions with a view to achieving speedy exchange of contracts with minimal stress for our customers.

Key performance indicators for the role include a low fall through rate, volumes of exchanged units, transaction timescales and testimonials generated from customer satisfaction surveys.

Experience of progressing a substantial pipeline of sales is important as the role carries autonomy, so 5 years of working in an estate agency or conveyancing environment is desirable.

The successful applicant will be proactive and solution focused and prepared to engage with third parties to ensure that every sale has the best possible chance of a successful completion. This can be a challenging role and requires strong interpersonal skills and communication with people on all levels. Candidates must demonstrate a clearly spoken, professional telephone manner and be IT literate.

A salary of up to £16,000 pro rata is available based on experience, preferred hours of work are 10.00am to 4.00pm but full time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
