A second viewing isn't necessary but most buyers find a second viewing useful to ensure the property is suitable for their needs. Sometimes a property can have that instant 'wow' factor and a second viewing helps look at the property in a more practical way for example, will your furniture fit?
If you have a viewed a property and decide it is the one for you then simply phone 08456 31 31 31 with your offer and we will contact the seller straight away to pass it on. An offer is not legally binding and is made subject to contracts.
The asking price is a general guide and relates to the current market value and/or what the seller is hoping to get. A property is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, so you should make an offer based on what you can afford. However if your offer is too low the seller may reject your offer, or if the property is sought after you may find you lose it to another buyer.
